If you're already logged in somewhere else (phone, another browser, another device on this cell), open Settings → 🔑 Recovery, generate a recovery link, and use it from this device.
If you're locked out everywhere, open a terminal on the device running Grove and run python3 ~/.grove/grove.py auth set-password to set a new password directly.
